General terms and conditions for stores

You can exchange your unworn purchase with the receipt and cards for something else in the store within 14 days or get a refund. You cannot return items without a receipt. NB! You can only return your store purchases to the relevant store (location) where you purchased it. Online returns of store purchases are not possible.

If your purchase is damaged due to a production error, you can exchange it for a new product in the store. You cannot go to our online webshop for this.

The retail price applies in the store, even if it differs from the price in our webshop.

It is not possible to return online purchases in one of our stores.
