RETURNS

Sorry you're not satisfied! You can always return your order via our returns portal. This should within 30 days of receipt.

Read our return policy by before you start returning. Send only items that fully comply with our conditions. Returned items cannot be be returned to the customer (even if they were returned to us by mistake). We always have the right to refuse returns that do not comply with our returns policy.

RETURN PORTAL

Step 1: Search the order number in the confirmation email from your order and use for the next step the order number without the first two characters (#2). Example: #2234567 becomes 234567.

If your order was shipped after February 25, please use the return portal below:

Step 3: Select the products you wish to return.

Step 4: Rate which shipping label suitable for your items (letterbox package or large package). A label cannot be exchanged afterwards. Pay for the label and then download it directly in the portal.

Step 5: Pack your items in the original packaging, with the tags still attached, and stick the shipping label on the package. Then take it to a parcel point.

Step 6: Keep an eye on the status of your return shipment via our return portal (note: your own track and trace codes are not accurate). You will receive an email from us once your return has been received. has arrived at our warehouse, and an email as soon as the amount has been refunded or processed by Klarna (within 14 working days). We cannot expedite returns processing upon request or to coordinate on Klarna payment deadlines.

We kindly request you to patiently wait for the return processing with the above-mentioned processing time and not to email if this period has not yet passed.

RETURN POLICY

The costs of the return will be worn by the customer and will not be reimbursed by us.

Rates return shipment:
PostNL (NL) parcel: €7.35
UPS Germany/Belgium returns: €8.99
International returns within the EU: €14.99

The above rates are the standard rates of the parcel companies.

The risk and responsibility for (timely) returns always lies with the customer. We are also not responsible for undelivered or lost return packages.

All items returned must be in the same condition as when received. This means: tag on the item and no signs of use.

When your If the return shipment has been received in good order, the purchase amount will be refunded to your account or processed by Klarna within 14 working days.

PLEASE NOTE! Headgear, hairclips and jewelry cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

PLEASE NOTE! Bikinis will only be accepted for return if the hygiene strip is still in the bikini bottom. If this is no longer present, we reserve the right to reject the return.
